Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and hn55 ("hn55," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at hn55.app (the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the hn55 Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hn55 Platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting hn55 support. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those updates.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the hn55 Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of hn55 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the hn55 Platform or had an hn55 account closed for fraudulent, abusive, or terms-violating conduct.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

hn55 uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify age and identity. By registering, you consent to providing identification documents including, but not limited to, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete age verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the hn55 Platform, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one hn55 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested during the KYC process. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hn55 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. hn55 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Notification of Compromise: You must notify hn55 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. hn55 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• No Transfer of Accounts: hn55 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any account balance to any third party.

hn55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including applications where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent, previous account misuse, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

In accordance with its international licensing obligations and responsible gaming standards, hn55 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any other time at hn55's discretion.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, Passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account clearly showing your name and mobile number).
• Additional documentation where required by hn55's compliance or risk management teams.

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. hn55 will communicate any KYC requirements via the registered mobile number or account notification system. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hn55 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and other methods as listed on the hn55 Platform at the time of deposit.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to the hn55 PKR wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. hn55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• hn55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Providing false or incomplete documentation will result in withdrawal denial and potential account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the hn55 account dashboard.
• hn55 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa may apply their own transaction charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hn55 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including, but not limited to, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Periods: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonuses that expire unused are forfeited without refund.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an hn55 account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorisation is prohibited.
• Abuse Prevention: hn55 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed abusively, in violation of these Terms, or through collusion with other players.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at hn55's sole discretion. hn55 reserves the right to restrict certain promotions to specific player segments, geographic regions, or account types.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting activities on the hn55 Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games and sports betting, by real-world events and independent dealer actions. hn55 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the hn55 system. In the event of a system or network failure during a game round, hn55 will resolve the round based on available data and, where resolution is not possible, void the round and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game or betting market. hn55 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• For sports betting, bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a system error, data feed delay, or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned. hn55 is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds.
• hn55 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed at odds or stakes that differ significantly from market norms due to a technical error or pricing mistake ("palpable error"). Players will be notified and stakes returned where voiding occurs under this provision.
• All game histories and betting records are stored electronically. These records are the authoritative source of truth for any dispute regarding game outcomes or bet settlement. hn55's records take precedence over information displayed on a user's device in the event of discrepancy.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

hn55 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hn55 Platform:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, software, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to obtain winnings that would not result from normal gameplay. Any such winnings are void and will be reclaimed.
• Collusion with other players for mutual financial gain, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting to exploit arb opportunities.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial manipulation using the hn55 Platform.
• Providing false identity information, using a stolen payment method, or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive toward hn55 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

hn55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base in Pakistan. Real-money gaming is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. hn55 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts that notify them when a defined period of play has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net activity during a session are available and can be configured in Account Settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary pause on their account of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for deposits or gambling activities.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on hn55 may request self-exclusion by contacting hn55 support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

10 Privacy & Data

hn55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC number, financial transaction records, device information, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

hn55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services where legally required or permitted under the Privacy Policy.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the hn55 Platform — including but not limited to the hn55 logo, website design, written content, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and underlying technology — is the intellectual property of hn55 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hn55 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any hn55 content without prior written authorisation from hn55.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hn55's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hn55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the hn55 Platform or any service.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors beyond hn55's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors in third-party data feeds affecting sports betting markets.

Nothing in these Terms limits hn55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Termination

Termination by You: You may close your hn55 account at any time by contacting hn55 support. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard KYC requirements. Any bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by hn55: hn55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false identity, age, or contact information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• Account belonging to a person under the age of 21.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• At hn55's sole discretion for any other reason, with reasonable notice provided where circumstances allow.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, hn55 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by hn55 for reasons other than a breach by the user, real-money funds will be returned to the registered payment method subject to KYC completion.

14 Changes to Terms

hn55 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hn55 will notify registered users via the mobile number or notification system on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the hn55 Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure. hn55 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
